Box Donation Guidelines
- Basketball, football, baseball, soccer, hockey, racing, UFC, or other sports products.
- Factory-sealed boxes only.
- Clear donor name and contact information for receipt and confirmation.

Donors make the live openings possible. You can support by donating sealed hobby boxes or contributing funds used to buy boxes, shipping supplies, and program essentials.
Important donor rule
Donations support the mission but do not influence which child is selected. No donor receives selection rights, applicant data, or private family information.
Fund Donation Info
- Funds are intended for hobby boxes, shipping, supplies, and program operations.
- Donation receipts depend on final organization structure.
- Donations are not currently tax-deductible unless the organization later qualifies and states so.
Transparency
Donors should know where support goes.
Before launch, the project should define how donations are tracked, what expenses are allowed, and how often public updates are posted.
Box inventory
Keep a running list of donated and purchased boxes, including sport, product year, source, and opening status.
Opening recaps
After each live opening, publish a recap that respects the family's privacy and follows the signed release.
Expense categories
Track box purchases, shipping, packaging, platform fees, payment fees, and basic operating costs separately.
